Children of the Future Age reuse materials

Kate of Calliope Theatre Company sent these photos of the wonderful set made from MFTA materials. The organization used carpet samples, rolls of fabric, and trim to decorate the stage and set the mood for Children of the Future Age, written and directed by Knud Adams. In the production, three runaways compete to usher the second coming of the poet William Blake through vision and songs. The set and light design are wonderful examples of what great things you can do with less. And as Calliope became a registered group less than two months ago, I’m looking forward to more beautiful creative reuse from the organization.
