Reuse pop-ups at a pop-up

A volunteer/FOMA Board member informed me about a pop-up gallery in Manhattan featuring paper cutouts and shadowboxes. POP UP – POP IN Gallery is a project of Amalgamated Artists, a collection of art works from around the world. The exhibition features selections from India, Latvia, Australia, Germany, Israel, and the US. Kristian Glynn, one of the artists featured, makes his pieces from items he finds right in his kitchen, exemplifying upcycling and creative reuse. The gallery is located at 1776 Broadway with the entrance on the north side of West 57th Street, just east of Broadway (under a strange awning) and is open every day 12pm to 7pm until January 1. I encourage everyone to check it out.
