Marissa Porto, Associate Artistic Director of Wingspan Arts, sent some pictures of productions that took place at the Wingspan Summer Conservatory this past year. She has this to say of the items:

The summer conservatory offers theatre training to 75 middle and high school students for 6-weeks all at no-cost to their families.  The students audition to get into the program and if accepted, it is entirely free!

In [The Wizard of Oz] photos you will see fabric that we used from MFTA, The House of Bernarda Alba photos use a table, the wooden frames hanging in the back as well as the fabric covering them, the rug, and the fabric the ladies are sewing.  In Ragtime the table is used again as well as the white fabric used to cover the chairs.

The productions look really amazing, and we’re happy to have been able to help. For information on upcoming events, please check out their website.
