I’m sure everyone’s been hearing about the appearance of lead in people’s tap water. New York City’s Department of Environmental Protection gave us the advice to: run your tap for at least 30 seconds, just in case. This tip came about from a sampling last month that showed a rise in lead in people’s homes.
