Free Screening of “No Impact Man” at MFTA!

Happy Earth Day everyone! Here at Materials for the Arts, we like to think that everyday is Earth Day. Donating your gently used things is one of the easiest ways to be green and have an impact on your community. Earth Day gives us all a moment to think about how our everyday lives impact this earth we live on. All around the city this week, folks are out educating people on how to reduce their impact on the earth’s well-being. But do you think you could really live your life in New Yotrk City with zero impact? That’s precisely what Colin Beavan did for one year. This Monday, don’t miss MFTA’s first-ever film night where we will be screening “No Impact Man”. Witness his trials, tribulations, and successes during his year living with no impact.
